COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Data Electronics DT50 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairchild parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP470EG2124VP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FHTA1AAA24 manufactured by Fairchild and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairchild systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HLD63B450 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lanner-Electronics Brand EM354B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Itd such as EMT804R8 equipment made by Itd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itd" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FB1PC made by Finetech as well as the popular HVE032W030 original spares produced by Rex-Roth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H6600BFR01 by North-American and EMT804R8 spares by Itd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FDB3015LB02A1L1LPK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
